Only Burger Recipe You'll Ever Want on the Grill

I love a good burger. Never thought I could make one in my own kitchen that tastes as good as my favorite restaurant downtown. The recipe below might just be it. I found the really good ones come down to a few factors: high quality ingredients, simple seasonings, and easy to do preparation. This one will be a staple in your kitchen, so watch out because everyone is going to want more.

Ultimate Burger


Ingredients:

1 lb. Grass Fed Ground Beef (90% Lean)

Pink Himalayan Sea Salt

Pepper

Blackened Seasoning

Chili Powder

Paprika

Red Pepper Flakes

White Onions (diced)

Toppings/Extras:

Fresh bread: highly recommend toasting/charring them for a few minutes on the grill

Organic Romaine Hearts, Mixed Greens, Kale, or Spinach: grilled lettuce is THE best

Green Tomatoes: very subtle tomato flavor compared to the reds and one of my new favorites



  1. Dice white onions into small pieces to be combined with ground beef

  2. Incorporate onions when shaping hamburger into patties

  3. Combine seasonings in bowl (there are no specific measurements, I go by preference and what looks good)

  4. Sprinkle seasoning over burgers until there is a light coating over both sides

  5. Grill until preferred while toasting buns and/or veggies

  6. Build your burger with toppings
