The Answer to All of Your Fitness Inspo: Exclusive with Fit For Me By Courtney

Ever discover someone on Instagram by accident and can’t imagine your feed without them now? This happened me to last month and now I’m doing a collaboration with her (one of my major goals for the blog by the way). Meet Courtney or if you know her from Instagram, @fitformebycourtney.

Courtney is a 24 year old University of Minnesota alum with a passion for fitness and a drive to create her own business. So naturally, I was an instant fan and had to connect. Her business is based on efficient and effective workouts. The workouts range from a couple minutes to up to 45. You can choose from full body or focus on specific areas. A hybrid of yoga, pilates, and barre gives you the burn and sweat sesh you were craving.

So where can you find her content, how much does it cost, what is my honest review? All of these questions are answered below with the bonus of us having a quick conversation as well. Check everything out below and go straight to her site when you’re done reading this! After starting in May, Courtney releases a new challenge every month which means you are perfect for October.

My Honest Review |Why I Want to Train with FFMBC

I love Courtney! After finding her by accident on Instagram, it was one of the best things to happen. I instantly liked her digital content because she made a healthy lifestyle look incredibly easy between the never boring recipes and tempting workouts. It was so cool that I could try out the website and app for free first before I had to commit. Working out is one of my favorite things to do, it makes me feel refreshed and just better overall. With that being said, I don’t have the time for a 45 min-1hr session and still want to feel like I did enough.

Courtney is your answer. You can train all areas of your body with her workouts and the burning never fades. I keep coming back to her workouts because they make me feel like I not only challenged myself, but I killed the workout. She always has a variety of moves that I have never done keeping me on my toes and inspired. The combination of different styles takes all my favorites and uses them to target and sculpt my body. There hasn’t been one workout I left that didn’t leave me sore.

The best part is that I can choose different lengths of time from only a few minutes to 30 minutes or more and need minimal to no equipment. I know that I can trust whatever I do with her is enough. Her challenges have inspired me to be much more active (anyone else that works from home or remote, you need this, trust!) by walking everyday or walking/running. Only a month in and I already see a major difference in my muscle definition. I can’t wait to see what else she puts out, you already know I’ll love it.

LG: Advice for college graduates, post grad, and going after exactly what you want (career, your own business, etc.)?

C: I remember freaking out my senior year of college because I didn't know what I wanted to do once I graduated. I knew that I was extremely passionate about teaching fitness classes and sharing my love for living a healthy lifestyle, however, I didn't know what that could look like in terms of a career. I actually interviewed for 5-7 jobs my senior year and felt stuck because nothing felt right. I also didn't receive a job that I thought I wanted. At the time, I was frustrated and sad. Now looking back, I am beyond grateful that it didn't work out because it led me to where I am now. It's OK to not know exactly what you want to do with your life. Everything will work out. Believe in yourself, follow your passions, and put the work in. If you don't know exactly what you're passionate about or what career path is for you, try different things! Experience can teach us so much and is an important factor in leading us to where we're meant to be.
